Rotate smoothly to the T/O / GA pitch attitude, allowing airspeed to decrease if necessary. Maintain wings level. Do not retract flaps or landing gear.

Autopilot … Disconnect
FDs … Deselect
Airplane Altitude … Maintain a safe altitude
If Climb or Go-Around is required:
Pitch / N1: 15 deg / TO from SL to 15,000’
10 deg / CLB above 15,000’
Airplane configuration: Flaps 10 / Gear up for Go Around
Flaps 0 / Gear up once Climbing
CAUTION: respect stall warning / stick shaker & pusher!

(After airspeed increases and stall warning is off: adjust pitch, thrust levers and A/C configuration as required)

Pitch DISC handle … PULL & TURN
Determine the side without the jam and transfer control to that pilot
a) DO NOT apply additional control force to a jammed control
b) DO NOT reconnect
Roll Control Jam
ROLL DISC lever … PULL TO ACTUATE
Determine the side without the jam and transfer control to that pilot
WING ANTI-ICE LEAK (W)
WING ANTI-ICE switch … OFF
L (R) WING OVERHEAT (W)
