A
1:20,000-40,000 pregnancies
50% p mole, 25% p sab/ectopic, 25% p term pregnancy
Path: both neoplastic syncytiotrophoblast and cytotrophoblast elements wo villi, early systemic mets
Mets: vagina/lung/liver/brain
Dx: hCG, staging
Tx: multiagent chemo (EMA-CO)
CNS mets > add whole brain radiotherapy vs intrathecal MTX
