Holding a cert under part 61
Have to report drug/drunk driving incidents within 60 days
NTSB
Any incident on the plane must be reported to nearest national transport saftey board, includes injuries, fires, flight malfunction, collisions, jet failure, in flight illness, overdue plane believed to be in an incident
Before the board can take control of the destroyed plane
U can not move anything unless to prevent further damage on ppl/plane, within 10 days u have to file the report to board 6120.1/2 and 7 days if an overdue flight is still missing, the only time immediate reporting is required (on 830.5) is when the board requests it, ONLY REPORT ACCIDENTS NOT INCIDENTS
To PIC a complex airplane
U have to have the hours logged and logbook confirmation

Cant use ur cert if u dont update ur address within 30 days
Flight reveiws
Complete every 24 months for any cert level PIC- 1 hr flight training, 1hr ground training
PIC experience
3 takeoffs and landings in last 30 days in same class/cat/rating req aircraft, if at night need experience in night conditions but not civil night, 1hr after night, must make full stop if tailwheel/night
