- Bowel obstruction (severe abdo bloat, colic, vomit, constipation)
- Unexplained weight loss, appetite loss (colorectal cancer)
- Fever, nausea, vomiting + severe abdo pain (IBD?)
- Pregnant (OTC products no good)
- Sus depression
