- mostly caused by lymphocytic thyroid it is

A
- Lethargy
- Weight gain
- Exercise intolerance
- Cold intolerance

Dermatological changes seen in hypoT
A
- Dry scaly skin
- alopecia
- seborrhea (itchy scaly rash)
- hyperkeratosis
- pyoderma
- increased bruising

Neurological signs
A
- Seizures
- Disorientation
- Myxedema coma (rare) (loss of brain function)

Thyroxine supplementation (Levothyroxine) PO
