A

No significant difference between V1 and V2

eg. There is no relationship between drinking alcohol during exam revision and poor results

A

states direction results will take (positive/negative) relationship between V1 and V2

eg. Students who remain sober during revision will have a higher exam score compared to those who drink alcohol
