A
Decompensated chronic hypophyseal failure: hypothermia, refractory hypotension, ± septic signs without fever occur with short stature or loss of axillary pubic hair
Presentation: headache, opthalmoplegia, decreasaed consciousness, hypotension, hypothermia, hypoglycaemia
Ix: cortisol, T4, TSH, ACTH, glucose
Mx:
* hydrocortisone 100mg IV/6hours
* Liothyronine 10mcg/12 h PO
