Management:
- Synchronised DC shock at 200J up to 3 times (sedation prior)
- Amiodarone 300mg/ 20 min
- Re-attempt shock
Rate + rhythm control
Long-term anticoagulation should be with DOAC or warfarin
Scores: CHA2 DS2 VASc
HAS-BLED, ORBIT bleeding score risk is a better score for bleeding
