Signs:
- seizures
- swinging fever
- localising signs
- signs of raised ICP
Investigations:
- CT/ MRI (Ring enhancing lesion), high WCC, high ESR, biopsy
Management:
- Urgen neurosurgical referal
- treat raised ICP
- Immunocompromised?
- Discuss with infectious disease/ microbiology
