P - Perioral paraesthesia
A - Anxiety, Irritability
S - Seizures
M - Increased muscle tone - Wheeze, Colic, Dysphagia
O - Orientation impairment eg confusion
D - Dermatitis
I - Impetigo herpetitformis
C - Cardiomyopathy

A

Failure of a target organ to respond to PTH causing symptoms of hypocalcaemia
