anxiety, nervousness, irritability, nausea, vomiting, palpitations, and tremor.
DDX of hypoglycemia
fasting hypoglycemia
hyperinsulinism
pancreatic tumor
postprandial hypoglycemia
Tx of hypoglycemia
give glucose
(if unable to eat… give glucagon .5 or 1 mg SC/IM or 50% dextrose )
then consume a full meal.

Serial determination of the glucose.
comorbidities
need for additional therapies
psychiatric issues
