Moderate -> (150-160)/(100-110)
Severe -> (>160)/(>110)

Young (<55yo)
ACEi -> Diurectic -> CCB -> B-blocker
Old (55yo)
CCB -> Diuretic -> ACEi -> B-blocker
(just swap ACEi and CCB lolz)
