A

Diet and lifestyle advice: reduce salt and alcohol intake, lose weight, increase exercise
ACE inhibitors eg. Lisinopril, Ramipril
Thiazide diuretics eg. Bendroflumethiazide
Calcium channel blockers eg. Amlodipine
