The judge’s role in a Courtroom is to listen to the arguments from the prosecuter and the defence attorney.If the defendendt is proven guilty the judge will sentence the defendent to a consequence.If the defendent is innocent the judge will dismiss the case.The judge is also allowed to interpreted what the prosecter and defendent,from legal terminology to normal every day words to the jury without being biased
What is the Jury’s role in a courtroom?
The jury’s role in a courtroom is to listen to both sides of the parties and decide whether the accused is guilty or innocent.
Bailiff
A prison officer from the prison where the accused is being held.
Defence attorney
Represents the accused.Helps shorten the sentence if defendent pleads guilty.Trys to convince judge or jury client is innocent if defendent pleads innocent.
