The requirements for an individuals for them to carry on the self growth/development
lower most basic needs have to be met before the high needs can be met

increase self-worth and decrease conditions of worth

client centred therapy where the client knows what’s best for them and the therapist does not give advice or instructions they help the client make their own decisions
what is involved in client centred therapy
therapy is nondirectiveand reflective and therapist should provide authenticity, unconditional positive regard and empathy
