The ability of an individual to choose a course of action, or to act a certain way

The ultimate state of existence that any individual can achieve

Requirements that an individual believes they need to achieve to earn positive regard from others

A counselling approach that believes the whole person should be studied in their environmental context (idiographic and holistic)
