Development is about providing greater opportunities for people.
Someone could tell if a could tell is a country because there are many aspects of education and specialised jobs

Limitations of GDP
A
GDP is only able to facilitate grows but does not accuratly reflect overall growth. It does not measure opportunities or concern saptial inequalities.
