Confirmation/ Disconfirmation Theory
- to measure the consumers satisfaction
consumer has an expectation in the beginning (Event, Individual, Others like Environment)
After the event:
1. Expectation is met Confirmation (good to recruit again)
2. Positive Disinformation Enthusiasm (very good to recruit again)
3. Negative Disconfirmation Dissatisfaction (difficult to recruit again)
The lower the expectations the higher the likability for positive Disconfirmation!
Note:
the satisfaction is highly dependent on individual characteristica like emotions, intellectual property, culture etc.
Incentive Contribution Theory
dependent on extrinsic (material/immaterial) (money, food, accomodation, contacts, reognition) and intrinsic motivation (passion to help, exciting work)
benefits should be the same or even higher than the costs
