How does the Coast Guard embrace the HPT theory?
A
Human Performance Technology is the training, instruction, equipment and policy. HPT is the work, worker and workplace. The CG embraces HPT by using the HPT methods at training centers. Also, CG HQ uses the methods and applies them to the whole fleet. HPT centers the CG’s focus on performance problems.
