Explain the 4 analysis processes under FORCECOM’s consulting role.

A

OA– covers all rates, every 3 years via surveys, validating what the ratings are doing and what the rating members think

FEA– analyzes workforce performance issues & recommends intervention

JTA – looks at workforce performance to gain a step by step description of a competent performer. JTA defines the work to be done to produce the major outputs.

TRA– asks questions. Is there training already in place? What is the best way to deliver training? Is it through COTS, GOTS or a CG approved curriculum? What is the best way to bring training to the CG? FORCECOM also determines manpower requirement, for example how many instructors will be needed.
