Nature of work to be used - Fair Use applies more to non-fiction than fiction. Fiction/creative works are more protected. Unpublished weighs against fair use.
How much of the work will be used - the more you use, less likely you are to be within fair use.
What is the effect of the use on the market for work- find out if the work is available for purchasing or licensing. Occasional quotation vs. reproduction of entire works.

Solutions: Illustrations and presentations in color, the language rich in imagery

A

Kinesthetic learners need to be active, speak with hands and gestures.
Find reasons to fidget or move when bored, do best with touching and moving. They can lose interest, concentration, if there is little or no external stimulation or movement.
