What does a physiological factor relate to?
How well the users body and movement functions with use of the product

Ramps for people in wheelchairs and pushchairs

Tap handle colours (red for hot, blue for cold), the beeping of reversing trucks

What is the difference between inclusive and exclusive design?
Inclusive design is available to everyone with adjustable features.
Exclusive design is designed for a specific audience or group of people like pregnant women or vegans
What are anthropometrics?
The study of people and sizes in relation to that of products
What are ergonomics?
The relationship between people and the products they use
