Commanded Acts
are conscious reasoning, recalling something, encouraging oneself, controlling aroused emotions.
Internal actions
walking, eating, dancing, laughing, listening, reading and others.
external actions
driving a car reading, studying, listening
combination of internal and external
human acts may either be in conformity or not w/ the dictates of reason
