An adjetive/descriptive phrase to express a quality/characteristic; sneaky as a snake, cunning as a fox.
Akkadian
A violent people who took over Sumer; introduced the divine monarchy, and absolute control by said monarchy

Took over (Akkadian?) by force, covered the Persian gulf to the Persian sea.

Regulated private property, trade, business affairs’, and human behavior
Assyrian empire
First militiristic state in history; Known for controling people through fear, and removing entire populations from their homes to control dissent
The Chaldean Empire
Conquered Jerusalem and forced Jews and Hebrews to work for them. Resulted in lots of instability, making it easy for the Persians to take over.

The largest empire up to this date. Kept everyone together through the tolerance of differing relgions; Thousands of miles of road to facilitate connection and communication
