V + 出来 (V + chūlái)
“V and produce an outcome” — Indicates that an action has resulted in something identifiable or visible.
“V and recognize” — Indicates recognizing or identifying something after performing an action like listening or seeing.

After listening, did you recognize it? Whose voice is this?
V + 下来 (V + xiàlái)
“V down” — Often used to describe something slowing down or calming down.
我真希望时间能慢下来。
I really hope that time can slow down.
想起来 (xiǎngqǐlái)
“To recall” — Used when something comes to mind or you suddenly remember something.
我想不起来他的名字了。
I can’t think of (recall) his name.
看起来 / 看上去 (kànqǐlái / kànshàngqù)
“To seem” or “to look like” — Used to describe appearance or the way something seems to be.
他看上去像40多岁。
He looks like he is in his 40s.
使/叫/让 + O + A/V (shǐ/jiào/ràng + Object + Adjective/Verb)
“Make someone/something A/V” — Used to indicate causing or making someone/something feel or do something.
读书使我快乐。
Reading makes me happy.
