Factory pollution was a prevailing issue within all the factories of the Industrial They were the cause of many physical deformities and diseases, especially in young factory workers. The root cause of the sickness was the contaminated atmosphere produced by so many workers breathing in a confined space, as well as the heat and exhalations of grease, oil and gas needed to light the establishments.

A

Physical deformities were an unfortunate yet widespread occurrence in children working in factories. Caused by contamination, factory pollution and poor work conditions, they heavily affected the physical growth and development of these young boys and girls. His body, like many of the other workers, formed a physical deformity, specifically in his right wrist. After visiting a hospital and getting his arm amputated, high minimum age for employment, developing safer machinery and providing adequate nutrition for ideal growth.

Since this type of abusive discipline wasn’t unusual at the time, there were no factory acts to reduce the enormous negative mental impact on these young children, normalizing this unethical and immoral tradition
