Minimum Wage

restrictive covenants needs to have: (3)
- genuine business interest on the part of the employer
- given appropriate compensation
- maximum duration from the end of employment will be two years for technical staff or highly qualified employees, and six months for other employees
retention agreements
- limit employees freedom to quit at any time without cause
- enforceable for 2 years max.
