What is your plan if we will not hire you ?
“If I don’t get the job, I would be disappointed. However, I would respect and understand that I am not yet the right person for the company. I would ask you for feedback on how I could improve and I would go away and take action to develop myself in the required areas.
Do you prefer to work or in a team?
I feel that both teamwork and independent work situations come with their advantages and disadvantages. One advantage to teamwork is the collaboration with diverse professionals, however, working in groups every day can take away from focus and productivity in some cases.
Why would you like to work with easyJet?

Can you explain Crew Resource Management?
Crew Resource Management (CRM) is the effective use of all available resources for flight crew personnel to assure a safe and efficient operation, reducing error, avoiding stress and increasing efficiency.

What is your ideal impression of your last company?
Respectful people. Good Working environment. Well according to me, healthy and motivated environment for their employees with good satisfaction and give the best opportunities to enhance their career.
How do you take direccion ?
Follow procedures or steps I should take to do things.
Ask for help, directions and instructions.
Accept advice and constructive criticism.
Acknowledge or recognize experience and skill or knowledge.
Handle negative criticism politely.
What is your greatest weakness ?
I usually have trouble saying ‘no’ when someone asks me for help. This has sometimes caused me to take on more than I can handle, leading to stress from overwork. But I’m working on this by learning to prioritize my needs and wants, and knowing what I can and cannot accept.
