What is your biggest accomplishment so far?
Are you overqualified for this pilot position?
I don’t think I am overqualified, I am just well qualified for this position. I will use the knowledge and experience I have gained over time, together with my pilot qualifications to make effective and safe decisions. I believe that every task teaches a new lesson to someone.
How would you describe yourself?
I am a hard-working and driven individual who embraces challenge. I’m passionate about aviation and an enthusiastic team player. I would describe myself as an open, responsible and honest person who is fair in everything I do.
Describe a difficult experience in the cockpit and how you handled it.
The most challenging part of my training was learning to fly in a non-controlled airport and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Flying in these airports requires a high degree of situational awareness since there are no air traffic controllers. It was challenging to learn how to manage all the different tasks that I had to do simultaneously, such as monitoring the aircraft systems, communicating with other pilots on the frequency to avoid collisions, and navigate in a mountainous (mountines) terrain like in Málaga. However, with practice and studying, I was able to develop the necessary skills to safely navigate these airports, and I believe that this experience has made me a better pilot, since I am more aware of my surroundings.
Would you consider yourself the best person for this pilot position?
I would consider myself to be amongst the best candidates for this position.
How would you describe yourself ?
A pilot who will be diligent in initial and recurrent training and in adhering to company standards. A person that is punctual, has effective communication skills, takes initiative during critical situations. A person who priorities knowledge and knows their own limitations.
I am a hard-working and driven individual who isn’t afraid to face a challenge. I’m passionate about my work and I know how to get the job done. I would describe myself as an open and honest person.
