By interference with the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS)
RAAS: crucial role in regulating blood pressure and fluid balance in the body.
Usual Range: 10 - 40 mg daily

SE: Dry cough, angioedema, dizzy/drowsy, fatigue/ headache

Monitor BP
Get up slowly due to: Orthostatic Hypotension
Importance of getting regular blood test to monitor kidney function, because this medication effects kidney function
