a minimum of 187 hours of training shall be provided per phase. At the conclusion of the four phases, a minimum of 600 hours of training shall have been provided to the trainee. Breaks down to btwn 15 and 22 days for 1-3 phase per cycle depending on work week and 3-5 days for phase 4
