A

Primary - en dedans spins - continued throughout early grades
G1 - retires exercise start, at barre
G2 - retires and releves set exercise. Demi derturnes in centre.
G3 - releves in centre flat foot. Practicing balancing. Start low, then build higher.
G4 - releves en demi pointe from 2 feet at barre.
G5 - official learning. Start with prep and no arms. Start quarter turn and repeat all way round. Then other way. Build to half turns. Then full turns no arms. Then add in arms.
