What are my qualities
I have been a dedicated nn nurse for 16 years . 10 of which as of one week ago has been here. I really value This organisation I believe the directorate is forward thinking and has a good governance structure which has been hailed so much so by BCH they are following it as having local investigators
I have worked across all level of unit across two different operation networks
I have a passion for devp care! I have taught and helped develop policies
The eroster has given me a greater understanding of workforce planning. The roster has however changed over the years to meet demand and shortfalls. I know about the safe sustainable and productive staffing report.
Improvement huddle some fantastic projects have come out of this and are all concentrated around the huddle framework set out by the trust. My training has enabled me to lead and understand how to engage personality hats!
