Socialized Housing
is a type of house that has two residential units stacked or joined with one another. It can be in a vertical format or a side-by-side style.
duplex house
A duplex house, which is built on the ground floor of an apartment
Ground Duplex House
This type of Duplex house is the most readily found duplex house design. In this, two floors are built vertically, one over the other.
Standard Duplex House
This state-of-the-art modern duplex house design includes spacious balconies on the upper floor. The area of this duplex house is generally smaller than other duplex house designs.
Low-rise Duplex
is a self-contained housing unit (a type of residential real estate) that occupies part of a building, generally on a single story.

Studio

Garden apartment

A unit in the attic of a building and usually converted from domestic servants’ quarters.
Garret apartment

is any size space for residential living which includes regular maid and cleaning services provided by the rental agent.
Serviced apartment

Manufactured housing
is a prefabricated structure, built in a factory on a permanently attached chassis before being transported to site (either by being towed or on a trailer). Used as permanent homes, or for holiday or temporary accommodation
Mobile House
A residential conversion changes a building from its current use (commercial, industrial, institutional, single-family residential) into a new or different type of residential use.
Converted-use Property
is a legal entity, usually a cooperative or a corporation, which owns real estate, consisting of one or more residential buildings. It operates under the cooperative legal framework that usually exists at the regional or national level.
Cooperative Housing
