Perform all palpating bilaterally

SC joint, clavicle, AC joint, coracoid process, acromion, humeral head, greater tuberosity, bicipital groove, spine of the scapula, scapular borders(inferior, superior, vertabral, lateral)

Palate other soft tissues
Deltoid, pectoralis major, supraspinatus, rotator cuff tendons, subacromial bursa,infraspinatus,Teres minor, biceps/ biceps tendon, triceps, axilla, trapezius
AROM
GH movements, scapular movements, movements of the neck, cervical AROM
PROM
GH movements( flexion, extension, internal, external rotation, abduction, adduction, horizontal adduction and abduction)
RROM
GH movements, scapular movements, performs all test bilaterally.
Ligamentous and capsular testing
Sternoclavicular laxity( SC glide, stress test) Acromioclavicular laxity(AC distraction test) Assess for glenohumeral laxity ( post, inferior, anterior)
