Q

1 - body movement

A

The daily routine in which we wake and breathe all coexist within the anatomical subject of Body Movements. Body movements is the change within our bodies position. However, the ability to do these movements all falls within the same anatomical physical laws within our bodies. Also, suggetsing that our bodies movements are not singular. Within one movement we manuever aliging systems in our bodies such as muscles, bones, and joints. All of which help the existence of our daily routines. Such as the walk to the car, the spinning of a wheel in driving, and the writing of our name on the top right corner. Such tiny indispensable mivements are articulated through different parts of the body.

2- examples of body movements ( smart words)

A

The body movements priorly mentioned are simplified, however, in a perspective of science they contain higher titles. To begin with, some interesting ones are flexion which decreases the angle of our bones, and the contradicting movement extension which increases it as well as straightening the joints. Another example is abduction which is limbs moving away from bodies midline while adduction justfies the opposing of the limbs moviing closer to the midline. Lastly, another term is inversion which is when the sole of our foot moves in a medially direction, while the opposite is eversion and explains the movement of our sole in a lateral direction. These are some of the few terms learned during the studying of our bodies movgements. However, my personal favorite is supination.

3- supination

A

Supination is the act of rotating the radius in a lateral direction. This movement is specified within our forearm. The forearm is the section between our elbow and wrist. This boned structure consists of an ulna and a radius as mentioned in the movement of supination which are the only existing 2 long bones that lie within our forearms. To correlate, a bone is hard tissue of the skeleton which in this situation a forearm has two.

4- joints

A

Furthermore, the ability of movement is interconnected with the access to joints. Joints are where artificial structures join. In the movement supination and in the generalized subject of our fore arm that happens to be due to the pivot joint. The idea is that the pivot join connects the head of the ulna to the ulnar notch. The joints are chatagorized by type therefore the pivot joint falls within the category of synovial structural classification.

5- muscles

A

In continuation, another structural feature of the ability to process body movements is the muscles. The muscles are fibrous tissues in our body. These tissues are meant to maintain ones position or move it, aligning that observation to the movement of our forearm it would suggest that we do the act or maintain our hand in a common angle. For instance, the muscles used in this movement are skeletal muscles, in comparison to the other muscles the skeletal muscles are known to be the voluntary muscles. Which signify that these movements proceed due to voluntary actions. They are simply organs that attach and cover our skin. However, the tendons are the correlation between the muscle and the forearm.

6- conclusion

A

In conclusion, Body movements come to occur due to different body parts. The idea of a simple movements is much more harder than the process. It consist of a connection to the joints, muscles, and even bones. It is rather a descripatrory and long process
