i. Planned and deliberate murder
ii. Murder of police or correctional officer
iii. Murder during another violent offence

i. Still intention to kill, but was not planned
Define manslaughter
i. No intention to kill, but death happens
Plan to commit criminal act, but death occurs

i. Woman kill newborn child due to mental disorder arising from the effects of childbirth
