  • When it senses that body temp is too high or too low it sends signals to muscles, organs and glands and nervous system.
  • this then triggers the body’s mechanisms of either cooling down or heating up the body

-The skin has temperature receptors which signals the hypothalamus the makes changes this then signals muscles in the skin yo either keep heat in or keep it out.
