1 .Keep food in a plastic or ceramic container with a lid . 2. Label what the food is and what date you stored it away . 3 . Food can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 days . 4. Food can only be left out for no longer than two hours . 5. Reheat until temperature 165°F .

You can tell if it is spoiled if the food changes in color , odor , texture , or flavor . A bacteria that can grow is mold .

is illness caused by food that is not safe to eat . Caused by harmful bacteria . Kids and elderly are more at risk because of their weak immune systems .
