A

People thinking their country is the best and that winning wars proves it

What is militarism?

A

People being very proud of their armys and navies, wanting them to be the best, spending more and more money, getting into an arms race

What is imperialism?

A

Lots of countries as well as britain wanted to gain controll over other nations. Tension and rivalry was caused amongst European countries. They started seeing eachother as threats
