What were the problems with this arrangement

A

Many atoms were placed next to each other which were reactive and some which were not and this didn’t make much sense.It was also incomplete ,, many elements had not been discovered yet

A

He left gaps in the periodic table in which scientist could place the elements they discover.He also changed the order and switched the elements around if needed
