Q

Who made improvement to the ‘plum pudding model’ , how and explain?

A

Ernest Rutherford - Nuclear model.
Thin gold sheet experiment
He fired alpha particles into Thin gold sheet, if the plum pudding model was correct then the particles should go straight through however, most of them were scattered and some were even deflected. This led to the ‘nuclear model’
