History of SOI Flashcards

Q

How was it created?

A

In 1983, Dr’s. Getz and Wilson began work on what would become the Style of Influence™ Assessment. The theory built around, “if we can know ‘this’ about someone, can we then predict, with some measure of consistency, how they will use ‘this’ to influence the people around them”?
