You could distil the water.

Because no oxygen could get into it.

Because the microbes and oxygen got in.

By getting meat broth and keeping it in an air tight flask and when he opened it, it went cloudy. This proves that meat doesn’t create life.
Using Koch’s principle, how would you Kroc that colds are caused by a different microbe to flu?
By seeing who had colds and finding out that they had the same bacteria/virus.
