For Europe it changed the spice industries because the routes for the spice Islands (now called the Moluccas), everyone was after there spice and the fastest way to the spice Islands were blocked by the Arabic, the only way people could get throw was tax and no one wanted that, so different country’s wanted to find different ways to get to the spice Islands, Cristoforo Colombo asked the queen of Spain Isabella to fund his project which she excepted, Columbus had the three ships called the Nina, the Pinta, and the Santa Maria, Ferdinand Magellan set sail to find the Spice Islands but died in the Philippines from a poisons arrow, the rest of his crew sailed home and was the first voyage to go around the world. With America when the European people came to them they brought deadly virises and dieases like small pox and the flu, they say in brazil there was citys in the forest but when the Spanish came they got wiped out by small pox never found since the deforestation of the Rain Forest.
