What are the rules for drawing a histogra,?

A
  • use at least half grid provided
  • draw in pencil
  • x-axis represents the independant variable, and is continuous
    • should be properly scaled and labelled with appropriate units
  • blocks drawn should not touch
  • area of eahc block is proportional to the size of the lcass
  • blocks should be labelled
    • putting class ranges
    • or lowest number in each range on left side of each blox
  • y-axis represents the number or frequency and shopuld be properly scaled with equal intervals
    • should be labelled with appropriate units
