Innervation: L5-S2

Client position/ stabilization: prone with tested knee flexed to 90° for grades 3-5 (rotate lower leg internally to test medial H/S and rotate the lower leg externally to test lateral H/S)

Gravity reduces: sidelying with the tested leg being the under most leg with hip in neutral for grades 0-2

palpation: below ischial tub
