Origin: Transverse Process & Vertebral bodies of L1-L5
Insertion: Femoral lesser trochanter
Innervation: Anterior Rami of L1, L2, L3

Iliacus:
Origin: Iliac Crest & Upper Iliac Fossa
Insertion: Femoral lesser trochanter via Psoas Major tendon
Innervation: Femoral Nerve (L2 & L3)

Origin: AIIS + Supraacetabular groove of Ilium.
Insertion: Patella & Tibial Tuberosity via the Patellar Ligament
