Origin: Posterior Ilium (Posterior to posterior gluteal line), posterior surface of Sacrum + Coccyx
Insertion: Gluteal tuberosity (below Greater Trochanter) + ITB
Innervation: Inferior Gluteal Nerve (L5, S1, S2)

Insertion: Posterolateral Aspect of the Greater Trochanter
