Origin: Inferior Ramus of Pubis + Ischium, Ischial Tuberosity
Insertion: Posterior Femur, Adductor Tubercle (superior aspect of medial femoral condyle)
Innervation: Obturator + Sciatic Nerve (L2, L3, L4)

Insertion: Posterior femur (middle 1/3 of linea aspera)
