Adductor Magnus
Origin: Inferior Ramus of Pubis + Ischium, Ischial Tuberosity
Insertion: Posterior Femur, Adductor Tubercle (superior aspect of medial femoral condyle)
Innervation: Obturator + Sciatic Nerve (L2, L3, L4)
Adductor Longus
Origin: Anterior Pubis (inferior to pubic tubercle)
Insertion: Posterior femur (middle 1/3 of linea aspera)
Innervation: Obturator Nerve (L2, L3)
Adductor Brevis
Origin: Inferior Ramus of Pubis
Insertion: Pectineal Line of Femur, Upper 1/3 of Linea Aspera of femur
Innervation: Obturator Nerve (L2, L3)
Gracilis
Origin: Anterior Body of Pubis (lateral to Pubic Smyphysis)
Insertion: Medial Proximal Tibia
Innervation: Obturator Nerve (L2, L3)
Pectineus
Origin: Superior Pubic Ramus
Insertion: Pectineal line (below lesser trochanter)
Innervation: Femoral Nerve (L2 & L3) & Obturator Nerve (L2 & L3)
